We offer both standard “STAMPED” blades as well as our own “FORGED” blade line which is available in three designs, including a uniquely engineered and tested “full” cutting edge blade.
Montage Enterprises’ replacement flail blades utilize a specially selected material which, in conjunction with the “forged” process, produces a blade with superior wear properties — a better performing blade which also lasts significantly longer. The process used in creating Montage’s “forged” flail blades provides an advanced durable alternative to the more conventional “stamped” replacement products offered by other vendors — and refinements in the manufacturing process allows Montage to sell these superior “forged” blades at a lower cost than their “stamped” blade counterparts.
